My possible future home.

The clinic at Hlathikhulu, a city in the south of Swaziland, where I may be spending a good chunk of my time once the clinic actually has a roof. I would be there with one other doctor, a nurse, pharmacy and counselor. It sits right on the hospital campus just up the hill from the adult clinic and the TB office. It would likely be a very different population from Mbabane and offer me a lot more interaction with the local health care system as well as more continuity of care.

Hi Erin, in today's Family Circus, Dolly is holding a soccer ball and is saying: "Daddy can you let some air out of the ball, it hurts my head!" I sent your soccer shoes to Houston. Hope they get there because of the huricane; and, to you. Where will you be playing soccer? Who will let the air out of the ball? Love you, Dad

Hi Erin,
I finally have you blog address. I am thrilled for you with the stuff you have gotten to see and experience. I can't believe you will get to go to Kempala, Uganda as I have always wanted to visit that place (my mother's birth place and where she grew up). hope you continue to have fun experiences minus the cold shower and raging wild fire:)

talk to you soon
